Handholder or Wave Jumper

Today we were greeted by sunshine and warmth, unlike what we have been waking up to the last three days. The tension in the air and coolness is not there. Praise Him!

I sit here reflecting on the past three days of how peoples lives have been radically changed but so has mine. You can't witness the joy in a face that is no longer in pain or has personally been touched by the Almighty and stay the same. Walking in this joy is simply fun. I want more of Him, don't you? We watched as our faith was catapulted into deeper realms of Him. He has so much more for us I can hardly wait to see what He has next. I know I will be holding daddy's hand and jumping in with both feet.

Bruce told a story of a little boy and his father going to the beach to play in the water. The boy was a little fearful of going into the water so he walked in just a ways. As a wave approached his daddy held his hand and lifts the child up and over the wave. The boy says "Daddy I am a wave jumper." But is he really a wave jumper or is he a hand holder?

You see how many times do we think we are accomplishing the task when it is the Holy Spirit is helping us jump over the obstacles in our way. We are holding onto the Holy Spirit in all we do.

Warriors you are our wave jumpers praying us through the battle. We are holding onto your hands as we jump the waves here in Honduras. What waves are you trying to jump?

We start tomorrow at 9am. Blessings

Faithful

Sometimes we are the wave jumper and sometimes
we are the handholder.
